Robin Schroeder loves to be active, but when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020, she felt like she could no longer enjoy her beloved pastimes such as running and yoga. Today she has successfully completed her first marathon since surgery and is back to her active lifestyle, and now uses her passion for running to spread awareness for pancreatic cancer.
Project Purple is a non-profit organization empowering the fight against pancreatic cancer. Our unwavering commitment is fueled by the pursuit of raising awareness, driving crucial research, and providing aid for patients who are battling this disease. Make a donation below to provide hope to patients and support research efforts today.
Donate to Fund Life-Saving Research and Support Patients
Pancreatic cancer has a 13% survival rate, largely because it is often detected in late stages. There are currently no early detection methods, but our goal is to change that – to save lives. Project Purple has invested over $5.5 million towards research, with a heavy focus on early detection.
Along with research, we are dedicated to helping patients and their families afford the cost of battling this disease. Unfortunately, just because someone is diagnosed with cancer does not mean the bills stop. We assist with medical and everyday living expenses so patients can focus on the fight. To date, we have granted over $1.5 million to patient aid programs, assisting over 1,500 patients and families.
Your donation will provide the resources researchers need to save lives and provide a lifeline for patients who are currently battling.
